Business and Economics
Business and Economics Curriculum Vision
Business is front-page news. The way companies and governments operate is under greater scrutiny than ever before, while TV programmes like Dragon’s Den and The Apprentice have raised the profile of business to a new generation.
Economics examines all aspects of microeconomic and macroeconomic issues which have become increasingly high profile in recent years.
Using different materials and teaching styles we hope to enable students to engage with, explore and understand business and economic behaviour and develop a critical understanding of what business and economies do.
