Pieces of work from our A Level art students were featured in the annual Sheffield Young Artists Exhibition which was held at Sheffield Town Hall. The event was organised by The Rotary Club and showcased a variety of A Level artwork from schools across the city. Well done to all of our students who saw their outstanding pieces of work displayed in the exhibition.

This week we welcomed back our Year 13 leavers from 2016 to celebrate their successes in the summer examinations.
Students collected their A Level and BTEC certificates and had the opportunity to share how they are getting on in their chosen career path.
We wish them well as they begin the next part of their journey.
Many thanks to students, parents, staff and governors for attending our Advent evening liturgy this week. It provided a time of peace and quiet as we considered the light and joy that we celebrate at this special time.
Staff and students have been raising money on behalf of CAFOD world gifts as part of our Christmas Jumper day. Pictured are our staff in a full array of jumpers to celebrate the festive season and to raise money for a very worthy charity.
The English Department came second place in the Young Writers Poetry Competition, with the judges saying the entries were one of the best sets received from over 22,000
entries from 900 schools nationwide.

it was another successful half term in the sporting life of All Saints' football teams.
Year 11 – The Year 11 team were South Yorkshire Cup winners 2016/17 with a 5-1 win over Holy Trinity. Along the way to the final they beat Kirk Balk (5:4 AET), Westfield (2:1), Tapton (3:2), Campsmount (2:0).
Year 10 – Our Year 10 team are through to the semi-finals of the Sheffield cup (to be played after Christmas).
Year 9 – The Year 9s are through to the semi-finals of the Sheffield cup (to be played in February).
Year 8 – The Year 8 team are through to the quarter finals of the South Yorkshire cup (to be played in January).
Year 7 – Year 7 were runners up in the Final of the SUFC community schools cup final in November.
