In the news this week...

All Saints Catholic high school was involved in the British Heart Foundations - Wear it. Beat it. campaign. Our Staff and 6th form were delighted to contribute by wearing red to raise awareness for the nation's heart charity who is aiming to beat cardiovascular disease through world renowned research. The 6th form also held a cake sale offering many delicious items to raise money to donate to the worthy scheme. Both acts were very successful with the cake sale raising an amazing £326 Thank you to everybody who got involved, especially the 6th form for organising the events.

The school production of RETURN TO THE FORBIDDEN PLANET proved to be another success and a great evening out for staff and parents. Students from Year 8 to Year 13 were involved and they danced, sang and acted their way through this back to the future show, giving us Shakespeare in a Yorkshire accent, some fantastic tunes and even audience participation – many congratulations to all involved in this fabulous production.
